amazing stay, i just loved it!

the check-in was smooth. staff was super friendly, they was very accommodating! my room, a superior king city view, was super spacious and clean. it was beautifully decorated, a real treat. the bed was comfortable. the view from the window was fine!
the room smelled just a little bit like smoke. it was a smoke-free room though. the rooms next to the highway have car noise inside.

My room smelled badly of smoke even i had booked a nonsmoking room. rooms with city views are right next to a busy highway. There was plenty of car noise.

The room was quite spacious, with a comfortable sofa and practical working tables. High quality bedding and pillows added to my relaxation. the bathroom included both a rain shower and a bathtub. staffs are polite and very friendly.
the food of the room service proved expensive, i found the iron to be old, lacking both water and steam functions. a steamer was unavailable.

The breakfast buffet was yummy. i found marwa from the reception lovely. she was kind and very caring. Ezdan is so lucky to have marwa. the hotel itself was very clean. i found the place very calm too.
i thought the room smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room.
